Shipping Policy

  1. Processing & Shipping Time

    • We process and ship most orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
    • Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:
      • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days
      • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and other factors, but we always strive to get your order as quickly as possible.
  2. Shipping Costs

    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
    • Please note that a fully refundable insurance payment may be required to cover the full value of your firearm during shipment. This ensures that the sender and recipient are protected in the unlikely event of loss, damage, or theft during transit. Once the firearm is safely delivered, the insurance payment is refunded to you.

  3. Order Tracking

    • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow its progress until it arrives at your door.
  4. International Shipping

    • Currently, we offer international shipping for accessories and non-restricted items to select countries. We can ship firearms or ammunition internationally.
    • Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns

    • At Jacks Gun Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
    • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’re here to help with the process.
  2. How to Return an Item

    • To start a return, just contact our friendly customer support team at sales@jacksgunshop.cc within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • We’ll quickly review your request and provide you with return instructions. If you have any questions or need assistance with the process, we’re happy to help every step of the way.
  3. Exchanges

    • Need a different size, model, or color? No problem! We’re happy to help you with an exchange. For most items, simply follow our easy return process, and we’ll assist you in placing a new order for the replacement item.
  4. Refunds

    • We process refunds as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If there’s anything holding up the process, we’ll keep you informed.
  5. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away (within 7 days of receipt) at sales@jacksgunshop.cc.
    • We’ll make things right by offering a replacement or a full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs in these cases. We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us!
  6. Cancellations

    • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order, especially if it’s already been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
