• You must be 21+ for handguns and 18+ for long guns, and meet all federal/state/local regulations to purchase firearms or ammunition.
• You must provide valid identification and pass background checks as required by law.

2. Orders & Payment

• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved financing options.
• All firearm sales are final; no refunds on firearms unless required by law.
• Ammunition and accessory sales are final once shipped.

3. Shipping & Transfers

• Firearms are shipped only to FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealers.
• Buyer is responsible for coordinating with their FFL dealer for background checks and transfers.
• We comply with all federal and state shipping restrictions.

4. Compliance & Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to know and follow all applicable laws regarding firearm ownership and possession in your area.
• We reserve the right to refuse any sale if we believe it violates federal, state, or local laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Jack’s Gun Shop is not liable for misuse, illegal use, or negligence involving our products.
• All firearms and ammunition are sold as-is, with manufacturer warranties where applicable.
